Currently, Liz serves as Board Chair of Cyclum Renewables, LLC Travel Centres, a renewable fuels dispenser focused on the commercial industry nationwide. She leads board governance/structure development, guiding Cyclum’s strategy and growth goals of building a network of 400 Transitional & Renewable Truck Stops. A self-professed tech nerd, Liz is a board observer for a legal AI product called Clearbrief.ai which has grown 2x during her tenure; Liz is also an advisor for Progentic.ai, an AI use consulting company.
Most recently, Liz was the SVP and Global Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer at CBRE, where she provided strategic governance and served on the Global Senior Leadership, Risk, Compliance & Legal Team. Liz has received numerous awards from community organizations and publications including, Globe St.com, the Los Angeles Business Journal and the Mexican American Bar Foundation.
Teresa Kong is a finance executive with over 25 years' experience in investment management, capital markets, corporate strategy, ESG, and economic development.
Teresa currently serves as Independent Director of Impax Funds, a pioneer in investing in the transition to a more sustainable economy and as Committee Member of the Asset and Liability Committee of the Virgin Islands Deposit Insurance Corporate (VIDIC).
Prior to her board service, Teresa held several executive roles, including Head of Fixed Income and Portfolio Manager at Matthews Asia and Head of Emerging Market Investments at BlackRock.

Monica Erickson, CFA, is a seasoned institutional investment professional with over three decades of experience in asset management. As a co-founder of DoubleLine Capital, she played a pivotal role in the firm’s growth to $150 billion in AUM, leading strategic planning, governance, and product development, including ETFs and mutual funds. She managed $5 billion in investment-grade corporate bond portfolios and contributed to the development of a firmwide ESG framework to enhance credit analysis and risk management.
Before DoubleLine, Monica was a Vice President at TCW, where she oversaw corporate bond portfolios within a $200 billion asset management platform. She began her career at Froley Revy Investment Company, specializing in convertible bonds at one of the largest managers in the space.
Monica currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for Barksdale Investment Management, CWIM, and Stealth FinTech. She previously held board positions with The Credit Roundtable and CFA LA. A strong advocate for philanthropy and mentorship, she is the founder of the Bonnie Baha Scholarship Fund and co-founder of the Bloomberg Women’s Buy-Side Network.
