Madalina is Chief Investment Officer at BT Pensii SAFPF SA and has built a long career in Romania’s private pension system. She is passionate about shaping investment strategies that ensure long-term wellbeing for participants and about integrating sustainability and climate considerations into finance. A strong believer in collaboration, she joined #CWIM to share knowledge and exchange perspectives with peers worldwide.

Amrita is an investment analyst at New York Life Investment Management. Prior to this role, she was as an execution trader at BlackRock. Her extensive experience also includes roles in execution consulting and quantitative research as well as leading the best execution committee at prominent asset management firms like Vanguard, Fidelity and Citadel. Amrita holds an MBA from Cornell University and is a featured speaker at leading industry conferences, including the Equities Leaders Summit, Quant Starts, and Institutional Investor.
