Overview

Explore the broad outlook for female leaders in a post-pandemic environment when you attend this flagship year-end event, hosted by our Diversity & Inclusion Forum (DIF) as part of the Collaborative Women in Investment Management (WIM) Initiative. The conversation will focus on the advancement of female leaders of all backgrounds, specifically drawing on the perspectives of women with long careers in the financial service industry and exploring how aspiring female leaders can look to elevate their careers to the executive level.

Panelists will share how their experience informs their outlook on future opportunities and challenges, taking into consideration the striking range of societal wins and losses faced by women over the course of the COVID pandemic.

  • Discover lessons we can take from the pandemic on supporting women in the workplace and creating a more diverse and inclusive culture

  • Discuss the impact of the past couple of years on women’s representation in high-level roles
