Megan Walls, CPC, PCC, ELI-MP is a certified executive and career coach, author, noted speaker. She works with high-achieving professionals and teams to unlock their full potential, develop leadership skills, and boost confidence to overcome obstacles and thrive in their organizations and their careers.

What sets Megan apart from other career coaches is that she has developed a proprietary “inside-out” coaching approach which she uses as her foundation with every client. She holds a B.A. in Economics from DePauw University, received her coach training from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
