2026 WIPN Workforce Study

WIPN has launched the 2026 Workforce Study. This research is an important opportunity to better understand the experiences, perspectives, and career journeys of professionals like you.

Support in Two Ways:

Complete the survey to share your experience working in financial services.
Share the survey with colleagues and others in your professional network (male and female) who also work in financial services. Expanding participation will strengthen the quality and impact of the findings and help ensure we capture a broad range of industry perspectives.

About the Survey
The survey includes 25 questions, and all responses are anonymous. Results will be aggregated to compare and contrast the experiences of men and women.

The survey only takes 10 minutes to complete.

Women like yourself who have taken a career break often find it challenging to return to the workforce in a similar role. CWIM Returnships provides resources to help you fulfill your professional goals of again advancing in your career. CWIM believes that support networks are fundamental to career success. Our mentorship program, as well as inclusive space for women in this stage of their career journey to build their own communities, are open to all who are interested.

CWIM University Relations

As a student interested in a career in the investment industry, you seek to complement your studies with real world experiences. The University Relations initiative at Collaborative WIM aims to support and engage students, educators, and young professionals in the world of finance and investing. You can connect your academic and industry activities through mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and professional development with in-person and virtual events.
